According to Remy's lawyer, the rapper has security cameras stationed in her house that prove she was home at 9:30 p.m. on April 16, which is the exact time Brittney alleges Remy hit her backstage at Irving Plaza in New York.
Remy has since posted bail after turning herself into this police this past Wednesday.
Also, while police were investigating the incident, Brittney geared up to file a civil suit against Remy by requesting cops preserve all evidence of the alleged assault, including surveillance footage, TMZ reported.
TMZ reports, Remy's lawyer's are confident once they review the home security footage, Brittney's case will be destroyed and Remy will be cleared.
Remy's lawyer insists there's no surveillance footage from Irving Plaza that backs Brittney's claim that she was assaulted in the green room area.
The lawyer also claims after Remy left her house that night, she stopped at Target to pick up some items for her baby and didn't arrive at Irving Plaza until around 10:45 p.m. which was 15 minutes before she was scheduled to perform at 11, according to TMZ.
Fat Joe also recently posted an Instagram post defending Remy and warned people to beware of the clout chasing.
