Emily B stands by Fabolous’ side during domestic abuse court appearance

Chile! Emily B was reportedly in court supporting Fabolous during domestic violence case

According to Bossip, the Emily and Fabolous were seen in Bergen County Superior Court on Thursday (May 10) for an early disposition hearing, sitting together and leaving together.

As previously reported, Fabolous is facing charges for terroristic threats and aggravated assault against Emily, but waived his appearance today. In addition, Emily herself reportedly told the court that she wants for the domestic violence charges against her partner to be dropped and a past restraining order to be thrown out.

Fabolous' lawyer, Brian Neary told Bossip, “There’s no restraining order on that case,” Neary said. “That was accomplished several weeks ago, and that was dismissed by Emily."

Last month, police arrested Fabolous, 40, whose real name is John Jackson, after Emily complained that he’d been threatening her and punched her several times, injuring her mouth so badly that her two front teeth had to be medically removed, according to the complaint and summons. Fab is facing charges of making terroristic threats and aggravated assault.
