Ooo La La! Morris Chestnut will star on the 'Being Mary Jane' movie finale

Production has started for the 'Being Mary Jane' movie which will wrap up the series on BET

BET Networks announced that production is underway for the two-hour series finale of Being Mary Jane starring Gabrielle Union.

Morris Chestnut, who has starred alongside Gabrielle in several movies, will reportedly join the all-star cast which also includes Michael Ealy, Lisa Vidal, Richard Roundtree, Margaret Avery, Richard Brooks, BJ Britt, Raven Goodwin and Nicholas Gonzalez.

Not much has been said about Morris' character or how he will fit into Mary Jane's life, but he sure as hell will add even more sexy to the show along with his The Perfect Guy co-star, Michael Ealy. 

Earlier this year, it was reported that Being Mary Jane will not return for a fifth season but will instead end its run with a two-hour series finale film. An official air date has yet to be announced, but the series finale movie is slated to air Fall 2018.

Tomorrow will be the 1st day of filming for the series finale movie of #BeingMaryJane I wanted to approach this opportunity with fresh eyes and an open heart.
