According to Lisa Evers, a suspect has been arrested in the 2015 murder of Lionel Pickens who was also known as Chinx. The New York City rapper was gunned down two years ago while he sat at a red light in Queens.
Quincy Homere, 32, of Long Island, faces charges of murder, attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon in the May 17, 2015, shooting, according to PIX 11 news.
