Cardi B, who has been nominated for nine BET Hip Hop Awards this year, stopped by "The Breakfast Club" Power 105.1 earlier (Sept. 15) where she talked about her success, her hit song "Bodak Yellow," her upcoming album, her boo Offset ... and Nicki Minaj.
The former Love & Hip Hop New York star was asked about her rumored beef with Nicki Minaj and if she has spoken to her.
Cardi was smart with it and kept her answer brief. "Yeah," she responded.
The hosts wanted more but Cardi quickly changed the subject about Nicki after saying, “We just conversated, man. That’s it,” she said. “Anyways, y’all, let me tell you about the goddamn "Bodak Yellow.'"
The hosts then asked Cardi if she was referring to Nicki on G-Eazy’s “No Limit."
Cardi said those lyrics might have been directed at multiple targets.
“People don’t understand,” she said. “I got beef with 10 bitches still in the hood and I still be in the hood.”
Later, she was asked if she has a beef with Nicki. “No,” she said. “She ain’t ever fucked my man.”
