After giving birth to twins, Rumi Carter and Sir Carter, almost two months ago, muva Beyonce has been showing off her quick snapback and incredible post-baby figure:
The internet has been buzzing over Bey's thickness, mostly in this photo (below) which the 35-year-old singer recently posted to her Instagram page:

The mom of three also enjoyed a night out in Los Angeles as she was recently spotted rollerskating at World on Wheels (on Aug. 4). And, after watching her music video for "Blow," it's not hard to tell that Bey has some skills on the skating rink.
The rink happened to be open to the public so of course people were shocked to see Bey just casually skating by with her entourage and Jay-Z watching from the sidelines nearby.
Since welcoming the twins, the couple has been spotted out numerous times on their "low-key" dates.
