Frank Ocean Slams The Grammys In Long Tumblr Rant, Says Kendrick Lamar Should Have Beat Taylor Swift For 'Album of the Year'

Frank Ocean is letting the Grammys have it!

Earlier today, the Grammy Awards’ creative team, producer Ken Ehrlich and writer David Wild, gave an interview with Rolling Stone, where they discussed Frank Ocean’s decision to not perform at the ceremony this year. 

They discussed his performance of “Forest Gump” at the 2013 Grammys, calling it 'faulty" and “not great TV" and they suggested that the experience is perhaps the reason why Frank doesn't want to perform on the Grammy's stage again. 

Welp, Frank decided to respond to the interview by sharing a note to his Tumblr. The 29-year-old singer wrote:

“You know what’s really not ‘great TV’ guys? 1989 getting Album of the Year over To Pimp a Butterfly. Hands down one of the most 'faulty’ TV moments I’ve seen.”
