K. Michelle has found love again and it's with a doctor!
After teasing her fans for weeks, K finally showed off her mystery man, Dr. Sims, the other night on her Instagram page:

The man is said to be Kastan Sims, a doctor in K. Michelle’s hometown, Memphis, Tn.
A fan, who wanted to remain anonymous, wrote:
“I really need to expose K. Michelle’s new boo… I’m sick of him cheating on her all over the place…He is a kappa, went to Christian brothers university in Memphis, went to meharry medical school. If she is pregnant I know she will be so devastated. I bet k Michelle has no idea that he is in a whole other relationship.”
