On Saturday, the rapper posted then deleted a message to his Facebook page which read:
"Thank u for the love and support. I'm having a quick surgery next week but I won't lose a kidney. I shouldn't be down long at all."
His original Instagram post read:
"I need all my fans to pray for me doctors told me I have cancer on my kidneys prayer is power that's why I'm letting the world know."
Earlier today (Dec. 8) Boosie posted another update for his fans and said he goes in for surgery tomorrow.

Oh man... prayers up and wishing Boosie a speedy recovery.
