K. Michelle Takes Legal Action Against Blogs After Being Stalked + Her Return to 'Love & Hip Hop Atlanta' & New Album Details!
K. Michelle Takes Charge
While many of us took some time off and relaxed on Christmas, K. Michelle was on a mission.
The singer/reality star is standing up for herself and recently revealed she is taking legal action against those bloggers and other unnamed people who have released her private information, including her address, which has led to her being stalked and threatened for months.
K revealed on Christmas day in a post on Instagram:
"What was meant for my bad yesterday actually turned out for my good. For over 4 months now I've been stalked and threatened. I've spent now over 32,000 on an investigation. I've remained quiet and prayerful. Thanks to certain blogs who handed over the email addresses to help in this matter and other trackable sources," K. Michelle wrote.
She continued, "On This Christmas morning I was finally able to start the process of pressing criminal charges against certain individuals and certain blogs. You all will not believe the people who run these blogs they are mothers, felons, and people in your church."
"I don't want to see anyone go to jail, and I've tried to let it go, but some people are miserable and sick. You can't put my addresses out, leak private material found. It is actually very illegal, and you can't breach confidentiality agreements."
"Instead of buying new bags and shoes, I've decided to spend my money on something meaningful. I've decided to not sit back and go after parties involved. Yes it's a weird Christmas Gift, but I'm proud to be standing up for myself and helping other people and celebrities maintain their safety and privacy. Thanks to my legal team and PI for working on the holidays. First time I'm not being Sued. Yes Gawd!"

New Album Release Date Revealed
K is gearing up for the release of her third album which is reportedly entitled, I Ain't White But I Hope You Like. The singer revealed her forthcoming album is due out in March.
She also posted a number of snippets on Instagram so fans can get a taste of her new music. Check out some of the clips here.
Making Her Return To Reality TV
K also revealed she will be making a return to Love & Hip Hop Atlanta! At a recent concert in Memphis, she told fans she's returning to the show and said she has "a lot of sh*t to finish."
The 31-year-old singer will also return for season 2 of her own spin off show K. Michelle: My Life which returns Monday, Jan. 25, 2016 at 9:30/8:30c on VH1.
