Billboard magazine released their Top 10 List of 'Greatest Rappers Of All Time' earlier this week and The Notorious B.I.G was placed as No. 1:

Many will argue that Billboard's list is complete BS. I feel like they purposely left out the rap legend to get people talking and for more clicks... and, it worked.
Even Snoop Dogg posted about the list on his Instagram page and said:
"This is so disrespectful! Whoever did this list need a swift kick in the Ass. No. Tupac. Come on cuz. Jus my opinion."
Since Billboard wants to be funny:
