Reports are currently stating Lamar remains in critical condition and may have suffered from brain damage and a stroke after drugs were found in his system.
The 35-year-old basketball player checked into a legal brothel in Crystal on Saturday, according to owner Dennis Hof. (via: NBC News) He said Lamar was fine at 6 a.m. PT on Tuesday but when two of the women who work there checked on him at 3:30 p.m., they found him unconscious and foaming at the mouth.
Hof told NBC News that Lamar had been using a sex stimulant he called "herbal Viagra" that is sold at the ranch but that no illegal drugs were found in his VIP suite. Hof says his staff told Lamar "no drugs" and they never saw him bring any in the room.
After the brothel called 911, Lamar was rushed to a nearby hospital and then taken by ambulance to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas because he was too tall to fit in a helicopter, according to reports.
Relatives and former teammates of Lamar, who won NBA championships with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2009 and 2010, were pulling for him to recover. Lakers star Kobe Bryant reportedly left the preseason game last night during the third quarter for personal reasons and rushed off to be at Lamar's side. Lamar's ex Khloe Kardashian, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall and Kris Jenner are all at the hospital as well. Rev. Jesse Jackson also visited Lamar to pray for him as he fights. A source told Radar, “Lamar’s medical team says valuable time was lost because he had to take the ambulance. He most likely wouldn’t have coded multiple times because doctors in the emergency room could have stabilized him much more quickly.”
Multiple stars tweeted out, sending their prayers to Lamar and his family, including Magic Johnson:
I have been praying all morning for my good friend and Laker great, Lamar Odom, that God will bless him to pull through.

What most people don't realize about Lamar Odom is that he's a better person than he is a basketball player.

Every year Lamar Odom was with the Lakers, he would buy the rookies their first 2-3 custom suits, that's what type of guy he is.

Kobe's wife, Vanessa Bryant also posted about Lamar on her Instagram page after multiple rumors from a satire website flooded the internet falsely stating Lamar died when he is in fact still in a coma.
