The queen of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Momma Dee has fell off her throne!

It seems as if Momma Dee (real name Deborah Bryant, who is also Lil' Scrappy's mother) and her friends participated in a dine and dash!

She was arrested Saturday (Sept. 26) night in Milwaukee allegedly for refusing to pay her restaurant bill. The VH1 reality star was celebrating her 52nd birthday with friends when a reported argument broke out over who would pick up the tab.

According to Straight From The A, the argument started when former Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Shay Johnson asked two other guests at the dinner who would pay the bill. Everyone started leaving the restaurant and left Momma Dee with the bill, but she refused to pay it.

Police told TMZ, the bill was $500 and Momma Dee was arrested for "fraud on inn keeper-nonpayment." 

She spent a few hours in a Milwaukee jail and was released after she put up $250 bail.

TMZ also recently reported that Momma Dee's arrest was a big misunderstanding. She was supposedly in the bathroom when the check came and everyone in her party had bounced. 

Momma Dee said even though it was her birthday, the dinner wasn't planned specifically for her and she was just an invited guest to dinner. When she came back from the bathroom she says she was bombarded by restaurant managers and cops who claimed she was dining and ditching, according to TMZ. 

Momma Dee was willing to pay her part of the check, but would not pay for the others and that's when she was busted, TMZ reports. 

Damn shame! Momma Dee needs some new friends in her life, smh.

UPDATE: Momma Dee took to Instagram to clear the air and she posted this message:

Reality shows make us seem like we are invincible, like we don't have feelings or families. I'm eternally greatful to my fans for your support and belief in me! TODAY..the court system found me NOT GUILTY of the charges you've been reading all over the blogs. Matter of fact they dismissed the charges brought against me from Elses! It's sad that in today's society you can't enjoy yourself without the police being called.. This is not the 1St time a certain group of people have been targeted by this establishment.. but ok. I can only pray for them and wish them well. Im thankful because ive got the support of my fans, family and friends! I want to say a special Thank you to my friend Shay Johnson @Iamshayjohnson and her amazing famiy.. no matter what ppl think..she always holds me down!
