Rap mogul Sean Combs (a.k.a Diddy a.k.a P. Diddy a.k.a Puff Daddy) was arrested by the UCLA police department earlier today for assault with a deadly weapon... a kettleball!
(via: USA Today)
"Diddy's son, Justin Combs, is a defensive back on the football team.
UCLA director of community relations Nancy Greenstein confirmed the arrest to USA TODAY Sports and the university issued a statement saying the altercation took place at the Acosta Athletic Training Complex.
TMZ reported that Diddy, 45, got into a dispute with UCLA assistant football coach, Sal Alosi, a former New York Jets strength coach who was suspended by the NFL in 2010 for tripping a player.
No one was seriously injured, and the campus police department continues to investigate the matter. The hip-hop music mogul was expected to be transported to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Inmate Reception Center later on Monday evening."
