The legendary Janet Jackson shocked music fans around the world when she released a special announcement on her birthday this past Saturday (May 16).
She tweeted to her 3.12 million fans on Twitter, "My conversation... #ConversationsInACafe" along with a link to her video announcement which said, "I promised you'd hear it from my lips..."
