Famed music producer and founder of So-So-Def Recordings Jermaine Dupri lost his Atlanta mansion - a home he's been living in for 10 years - in a bank foreclosure sale.
Jermaine fell off paying his monthly payments and reportedly owes the bank $400,000. He fought off several attempts of foreclosure in the past, but this time didn't win.
According to The Jasmine Brand a notice of sale for Jermaine Dupri’s house was filed by the owner of the deed last month and his home has been sold.
“The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale.”
Reportedly, the foreclosure public auction is to take place this month.
