Well, in bizarre news... Michael Phelps, thee Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps is making headlines again, but not for being in rehab for his DUI arrest. Nope, not that...
His alleged girlfriend 41-year-old Taylor Lianne Chandler recently revealed to Radar Online that she was born intersex, with both female and male organs. In fact, she was born David Roy Fitch.
As Taylor explains in a Facebook post, "I was never a man, never lived as a man. No one can say they knew me as a man or produce a photo of me as a man."
She then adds, "There are people that remember me as an androgynous child at times because of what was forced upon me."
Taylor also revealed how in love she is with the 29-year-old Olympian, and claims the two clicked after meeting on the app Tinder. Tinder!? Whaaat! Get outta here!
She further explains being an intersex child and says, “I was born with male genitalia with no testicles, but I also have a uterus and no ovaries."
Taylor later had surgery to fully transform into a woman. According to Radar Online, she admits to never telling Michael about her intersex childhood while they were hooking up.
Well yesterday, Taylor posted on her Facebook page how upset she is with all the headlines floating around about Michael "dating a man" when she in fact told Radar Online about being intersex, which is different. She posted:
"Two steps forward and 100 steps backwards. That is what life feels like to me right now. In a world of educated people that had all the facts of intersex and what it means and then to sell a magazine say Michael Phelps is dating a MAN. I have cried now for an hour, thrown up anything in my system till I dry heaved. I just can't believe this is happening in 2014!"
She further explains being an intersex child and says, “I was born with male genitalia with no testicles, but I also have a uterus and no ovaries."

Taylor is now concerned that after revealing her truth, Michael may no longer want to be with her when he leaves rehab.

Okay now look... I have to add in my two cents. There is nothing wrong with changing your sex, being transgendered and all of that, but this seems like something you would bring up to someone when you start dating them or before you have sex with them... like: 'my favorite color is blue, I like such and such movie, and oh yea hunny, by the way, I was born a man' ... ya know, just throw it in there somehow and let the person know at least.
