"New" Beyonce Album is a Platinum Edition Box Set, Includes 2 New Songs

So, that "new" rumored Beyonce album that everyone was going goo goo ga ga over is actually a box set of songs that have already been released and live performances. There is, however, a couple of new tracks!

It was announced yesterday (Oct. 4th) that the "Beyonce Platinum Edition Box Set" will be released Nov. 24th! But, this isn't what the BeyHive was expecting after a picture of a track list (shown below) circulated online last week.

Last year, Bey surprised the world when she dropped her surprise fifth album Beyonce. This year, fans were expecting another new "surprise" album, but it turns out the track list from the photo below is not credible after all (too bad).

The rumored track list for Beyoncé's "new" album that had fans in a frenzy

The new box set will be a repackaging of her current album and a six-song CD called "More," which will include new songs "7/11" and "Ring Off" and remixes of existing songs featuring her hubby Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj and Kanye West.

According to Columbia Records and Beyonce's company, Parkwood Entertainment, the box set will also include: 

- "Live" DVD featuring 10 live performances from the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, with artist commentary and an accompanying photo booklet

- "Beyonce" original audio CD, featuring 14 songs and accompanying photo booklet

- "Beyonce" original DVD, featuring 17 music videos

- The official 2015 Beyonce mini calendar

Right in time for the holidays! This will make a nice Christmas present for Beyonce fans everywhere!
