Last year, Amanda Bynes made all types of headlines for being in legal trouble when she threw a bong out of her apartment window and started acting crazy on social media. So maybe 2013 just wasn't her year, but she's back in legal trouble again and this time with a DUI charge. Police "determined that she was under the influence of a controlled substance" while driving.

According to ABC News, Bynes was arrested early Sunday (Aug. 28) morning and charged with a misdemeanor. She was booked and held on $15,000 bail and then released later that afternoon on her own recognizance.
In February, Bynes was put on a three year probation due from her 2012 DUI arrest and she had to complete a three-month alcohol education program.
She now has a court date scheduled for Oct. 23. Smh, oh Amanda.
