Prison does a body good?

The rapper Ja Rule (remember him?... Mr. I'm Real... Mr. Murda Inc.?) recently posted a photo to his Instagram page showing off his muscular frame he built while in prison. 

Ja Rule, 37, had to serve a 2-year sentence in a New York prison for attempted illegal gun possession and tax evasion. He was just released from jail ten days ago.

I hope Ja got inspired and wrote some lyrics in there to release some new music!
