Amanda Bynes Was Arrested and Now is Released From Jail From Throwing a Bong Out of Her Apartment Window

Amanda Bynes is looking BUSTED! Where are her other two nails!?

What in the hell is going on with this chick!? 

Amanda Bynes was arrested at her NYC apartment on Thursday night for marijuana possession. Not only that, but according to TMZ, she threw the evidence out of the window! 

TMZ reports:

According to law enforcement sources ... a building official called police after spotting Amanda in the lobby with a joint, acting erratically and talking to herself.  We're told when cops arrived they knocked at her door and she let them in. 

Our sources say when police saw the bong Amanda quickly tossed it out the window ... which fortunately didn't hit anyone on the street below.

Amanda, who was wearing a platinum blonde wig, was placed under arrest and went ballistic, yelling, "Don't you know who I am?"

She was booked for criminal possession of pot, as well as reckless endangerment and FELONY tampering with evidence.

Our law enforcement sources say Amanda was briefly taken to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation and then taken to the station for booking. 

Oh my!

The troubled actress has now been released from jail and she faces possible probation violation. According to the Daily News, Amanda said in court that she didn't actually throw a bong out the window, instead it was a vase. 

Hmm mmm... 

Amanda has now tweeted that she's never done drugs: 

"I only smoke tobacco I don't drink or do drugs. I've never had a bong in my life! I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot! :D," she said.

Out of control! She clearly needs some help before something major happens to her.
