Django Unchained star Kerry Washington recently wore a much talked about ensemble while at a press event on Friday in Rome for her new movie that also stars Jamie Foxx. Some are calling the dress weird looking and others are saying it's a fashion trend.
The busy designed ruffle get-up is a Peter Pilotto dress, which features a ruffled lime green peplum detail around the waist and the hemline.
