Newly engaged Brandy partied the New Year away at Tao Night Club in Las Vegas and during an interview she spoke about her wedding plans and 2013 resolutions. 

Brandy described her reaction to Ryan Press asking her to marry him.
“It was a surprise but I felt something was going to happen. But it was definitely a surprise because your imagination does the actual moment no justice. I said ‘oh my God’ so many times I forgot to say ‘yes.’”
She also talked about Kim Kardashian's recent pregnancy and offered parenting advice to the couple. Watch the interview below:
