Katy Perry is Billboard's Woman of the Year (Photo)

Katy Perry graces the cover of Billboard magazine's Women in Music issue which is on stands now.

"I like to be viewed as a strong woman and I think that's what Billboard is basically saying," Katy said.

She received the Woman of the Year award at the 2012 Billboard Women in Music event in New York City earlier today (Nov. 30).
