Obama recently spoke out on his friendship between him and Jay-Z. He said:
"I've gotten to know these guys over the first several years. They're good people," the president said during an interview with Cleveland radio station Z107.9.
"Beyonce could not be sweeter to Michelle and the girls. So they're good friends. We talk about the same things I talk about with all my friends."
Obama also wants to make sure Jay-Z is helping Beyonce out with little Blue Ivy:
"I made sure that Jay-Z was helping Beyonce out [with the baby], and not leaving it all with Beyonce and the mother-in-law," he added.
Just last week, Jay-Z appeared in a new campaign ad for Obama.
"For so long, there was a voice that was silenced out there as far as exercising the right to vote," Jay-Z says in the video, going on to emphasize Obama's accomplishments as the first African American president.
