Usher Wins Full Custody of His Sons

Usher's divorce from Tameka Foster was finalized earlier today and after a long, emotional custody battle, Usher was awarded full custody of their children; Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond.

Tameka wanted to maintain joint custody and receive an increase in child dupport payments while Usher wanted sole custody of the children, according to reports.

At one point, Tameka even said Usher was too into his career to be a good father to their sons and she also said he used drugs.

The details of Foster's access or visitation rights of her children have not yet been released and neither party has commented on the ruling. Tameka recently lost her 11-year-old son Kile Glover who was taken off life support after being struck by a jet-ski in July.

Usher filed for divorce in 2009 from Tameka after less than two years of marriage.
