William Balfour, the man who was married to Jennifer Hudson's sister and who was accused of murdering Hudson's mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew in 2008, has now been found guilty.
The trial began on April 23rd. According to reports, 31-year-old Balfour was outraged when he thought his estranged wife was dating another man, prompting him to commit the murders.

According to ABC News, the jury found Balfour guilty of all counts against him - three counts of first-degree murder, home invasion, residential burglary, aggravated kidnapping and possession of a stolen vehicle - after 18 hours of deliberations over three days.
Hudson sat by her fiance as the verdict was read and she silently cried, according to ABC News.
Balfour appeared to sit expressionless. He is now facing life in prison for all the crimes.
