Tyler Perry's 'For Better or Worse' Will Make its Return to TBS

TBS has decided to give the green late to another season of the drama/comedy show For Better or Worse. Tyler Perry's other TBS show, Meet the Brown's finished its run last year while For Better or Worse gets picked up for 35 more episodes.


Back-to-back episodes of Tyler's new show started airing back in Nov. 2011 and averaged 3.4 million viewers for its premiere.




According to reports, the program finished the year as basic cable's No. 1 sitcom of 2011 and the No. 1 show of television with African-American adults.


This show picks up less episodes than the 100 episodes Meet the Browns picked up during its time. For Better or Worse will return back to its Friday time slot in the summer.
