Yes it's now January and that means the refresh button for reality programming has just been hit with brand new seasons of some of Ooooooo La La's favorite shows:
The Game
So this is my number one show. It feels like we've been waiting forever for The Game to return since its season 4 finale back in March which left with a lot of cliff hangers.
Ok, who did Melanie get that abortion by? Or did she even have an abortion? Where the hell is Kelly? Her and Jason most likely won't be getting back together because Brandy will be making a special guest appearance as Jason's girl.
Will Tasha ever find a man and keep him? And, the last time we saw Tasha and Melanie together, the season left with them on bad terms. Will they be friends again? Will Malik be back together with Jenna, who he messed things up with.
Will Malik play football again? The Sabers let him go last season. And last but not least, who is this new Saber? Malik's replacement, who is also Jason's ex (Camille, played by Stacey Dash) boyfriend. He's another cutie added to the lineup. Season 5 premieres January 10th at 10 p.m.

Bad Girls Club
I can't believe we're already on a season 8 with this crazy show. But I love all the fights, drunkenness and craziness that happens on the Bad Girls Club. Season 8 will introduce an all new batch of bad girls taking over Sin City. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, right? Well, not for these ladies. Come January 23rd we'll see these new bad girls taking over Oxygen on Monday nights, once again.

Jersey Shore
Oh yeaaa!!!!! **in my Pauly D voice** The Jersey Shore gang is back at Seaside Heights from last seasons Italy trip. Will the gang ever trust Mike, The Situation again? Is Vinny really leaving the shore house this season?
Premiere Sneak Peak - The Men Get Hair Cuts
Maybe these guys are getting sick of each other once and for all. I can't wait to watch the fun and drama unfold and also hear more Pauly jokes. And I think Snooki is still with Jionni, oh goodness! Season 5 premieres January 5th at 10 p.m.

The Challenge: Battle of the Exes
After one of the most corniest Real World seasons ever, in my opinion, The Challenge is back on Wednesday nights and this time there will be more anger, jealousy and drama than ever because not only are these challengers teaming up with one another, but they have to team up with their exes!
Whether it be with someone they were previously in a relationship with or a past hook-up, these challengers will be in for a huge surprise when they find out in order to win the grand prize they have to communicate and work together with a blast from the past. How fun. This all new season premieres on January 25th at 10 p.m.

Pretty Little Liars
Ok, enough already, who is 'A' ??? I have been playing a guessing game with this show since it premiered in 2010 but I'm intrigued by all the secrets these four girls have so I tune in for more.
The second half of season 2 Pretty Little Liars starts today at 8 p.m. and it looks like the girls are wearing orange jumpsuits! Uh-oh!
