Boyz II Men Receive 'Hollywood Walk of Fame' Star

Multi-platinum selling group Boyz II Men received a Hollywood Star on the Walk of Fame on Jan. 5th, the first star of 2012. Boyz II Men dominated the charts in the early 1990's while recording with Motown Records and they have sold 60 million albums, according to reports.

The original quartet turned to a trio in 2003 when Michael McCary (the one with the deep voice) had to leave the group due to health issues. Nathan Morris, Wayne Morris and Shawn Stockman are still together and they still perform to this day, celebrating their 20th anniversary this year.

I had the honor of seeing the trio perform back in 2007 at B.B. King Blues Club in New York and I'll never forget it. They put on one of the best shows I've ever been to and hearing their voices in person had me and all the ladies melting. I got some cellphone pics from that night and I was right in front on the side of the stage.

  2. Yes girl! It was an amazing time, they are truly talented. A lot of these old groups still do a little something, something. I'm trying to see En Vogue next, they still sing together too.
