Usher's Brother Arrested for Child Cruelty and for Putting Hands on His Girlfriend

It has been reported that Usher's brother James Lackey was arrested at his home for domestic violence, cruelty to children and reckless conduct when police were called following reports of a disturbance. Sources claim that James had beaten up his girlfriend and also put hands on their baby. Yikes!

Lackey was then released on bail of $5,500 after spending two days in jail.

Lackey is also in the music industry like his big bro, a few years ago as a producer signed to EMI Publishing.  Lackey also has production credits for Lloyd’s "Get It Shawty," One Chance "Do It," as well as a few tracks on Usher’s Here I Stand album.
