Brandy Lands A Spot in Tyler Perry's Upcoming Movie 'The Marriage Counselor'

So props to Brandy who just landed a role in the upcoming Tyler Perry film, The Marriage Counselor, I always thought she was a good actress as well as a good singer.

Brandy tweeted on Wednesday, "First day on the set of Tyler Perry's new movie "The Marriage Counselor"!!! God is sooooooo Good!!!"

 

She also tweeted how she loves having her mother on set with her. But, I find it funny that she will join Kim Kardashian, who has been added to Tyler's movie as well.

It has been reported that Brandy and Kim play co-workers at a marriage counseling office, Kim is playing a character named Ava. So the two stars will probably share some scenes together, right?

And in case you forgot, Kim once dated Brandy's brother Ray J and who could forget Kim and Ray J's famous sex tape.

Also, Kim was sued by Brandy and Ray J's mother, Sonja Norwood, for credit card abuse in 2008. The suit also named Kim's siblings Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Kardashian, and their mom, Kris Jenner.

And, watching Brandy and Ray J's reality show A Family Business, I can tell their mother is not one to mess around with.

So Brandy and Kim's chemistry should be interesting on set.

The Marriage Counselor was first an urban playwright by Tyler Perry and is about a married couple's relationship which is strained when the in-laws move in. The movie is scheduled to be released sometime in 2012.
