Lindsay Lohan is Close to Getting Sued

So the trouble child does it again with this one...Lindsay Lohan is being sued for not paying her limo bill and it's not any ol' normal bill...she racked up $90,000!

The limo service claims Lindsay rode with them from February 2009 to May 2009 and that Lindsay also booked limos for her friends and family. Some of the payments show a $6,000 an hour rate. With penalities and late charges, her $30,000 bill has now reached a little over $90,000.

"Lindsay has not been served with any lawsuit, and we cannot comment on a lawsuit we have not yet seen," her rep says.

Lohan hasn't responded about this herself, but several sites have confirmed the suit.

Whenever I see the movie Freaky Friday, I just realize how people grow up and Lindsay is not that same little girl anymore. Shame, shame, shame.
