All I can do was shake my head as I was just watching CBS Evening News. A 22-year-old was pulled to safety after threatening to jump out of a seventh-floor window in China on Tuesday, after her fiance dumped her days before their wedding.
Video was shown of her hanging out the window and being pulled by her neck back into the window by a police officer.
